Polly is an articling student working under the supervision of Kai Deng (Lawyer). She specializes in real estate transactions for residential properties and has assisted Kai in various purchases, sales, assignments and refinances in this area.
Polly obtained her law degree in Hong Kong and was admitted as a Solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong in 2022. Before relocating to Canada in 2023, she primarily practiced civil litigation. She completed the NCA exams in 2022 and passed the Ontario barrister and solicitor exams in 2024.
In her free time, Polly enjoys reading, swimming, playing badminton, and volleyball.
